A cookery course at Prashad brings you into the professional kitchen to meet Head Chef Minal. Together you’ll explore the flavour profiles and techniques used to bring that Prashad finesse into every dish.
Your cookery course is a demonstration day, where Minal talks you through her every action as she weaves modern touches and culinary flair into a rich tapestry of inherited Gujarati recipes, explaining the steps she takes everyday to put fabulous food on the plate.
Should you need to rearrange your cookery demonstration day, please give Prashad 14 days notice. Wherever possible, we will try to find another date for you that is mutually convenient. Should you need to cancel your workshop, Prashad reserve the right to charge a small administration fee of £15 excl. VAT, subject to a notice period of 14 days.
If you need to cancel within 14 days, and Prashad cannot fill your place, we cannot issue any refunds.
This is a demonstration session only. Prashad is a commercial restaurant kitchen, therefore disabled access is limited. Limited to 8 places per demonstration session.
Minal Patel has been the head chef at Prashad for over thirteen years now. She is completely focussed on developing the Prashad food experience, blending Indian food with modern fine dining.
She is committed to using as much local produce as possible. Her mentors are Gordon Ramsay and Atul Kochhar, both of whom she has had the pleasure of working with.
